What are extraordinary items?
Special items are products offered outside of the regular assortment or distribution. These include, for example, excess stock, remaining stock, discontinued models, promotional goods, trade fair and exhibition units, and selected B-stock. Availability is usually limited, which means individual items may sell out quickly.
How does shipping work?
Depending on their size and weight, our commercial kitchen appliances are shipped by an experienced freight forwarder. This ensures that your order is transported safely and professionally.
Upon request, an estimated delivery date can be arranged or inquired about before shipping. Please note that the actual delivery depends on the routing schedule of the commissioned freight forwarder.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on size, weight, and delivery location and are transparently displayed during the order process or before shipping.
We work exclusively with reliable transport service providers and do everything we can to deliver your order quickly and safely. However, delivery times may vary due to individual freight forwarding planning.
When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What are my warranty/guarantee claims?
At Gastro Outlet, we place great importance on quality and customer satisfaction.
Even with special offers and selected used equipment, you receive the statutory warranty rights from us. In addition, many of our offered devices are subject to the same warranty conditions as when purchasing a comparable new device.
Please note that special offers – especially display models, surplus stock, or used equipment – may occasionally show slight cosmetic signs of use or blemishes. All known deviations relevant to the purchase are transparently stated in the respective product description or shown in the product images. These characteristics, known and described at the time of purchase, do not constitute a warranty defect and are therefore excluded from the warranty.
